These terms apply to the services of LocalAuditChina, operated by Bruce Zhang in Xi'an, China. By ordering a service you agree to them.
1. The Service
I provide independent supplier verification, factory audits and pre-shipment inspections for buyers. The scope and price of each job are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work starts.
2. Not a Certificate or Guarantee
My reports describe what I found from official records and from what I saw on the day of the check. They are not official certificates, and they do not guarantee the future performance, honesty or product quality of any supplier. Purchasing decisions remain yours.
3. Payment
Fees are paid in advance by PayPal or Wise. For on-site work, travel costs are quoted in advance and charged at cost.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel before work starts: full refund.
- If I cannot identify the supplier or cannot start the check for reasons on my side: full refund.
- If the supplier refuses a video call or visit, you still receive the records check and my assessment, and the fee for the completed work is not refunded.
- Train tickets and hotels already booked for on-site work are not refundable.
5. Confidentiality
I keep your identity, your supplier information and my reports confidential, and share them only with you or with people you approve.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any job is limited to the fee you paid for that job.
